AnaChem is a useful tool for chemical analysis and management of chemicals for the pretreatment of metals in powder coating plants. Records and verifies the data of the analysis of the bath of the system.
It is a decisive aid for operators in archiving the data collected according to the criteria set by the company quality system.
It greatly reduces the possibility of error, replacing the operator in the analysis and topping-up evaluation calculations.
Technical features
The program is marketed in a Windows environment, and is designed to operate independently of other management software. AnaChem can be installed both locally and on servers, the database is well installed on servers, terminals are required in the departments for the use of the program by the operators of the analyzes, in this way the support is useless hard copy in data storage.
As for hardware, the requirements mainly depend on the type of use, but in general the processing and memory needs are not particularly heavy, and therefore it is compatible with all current computers. Printer: Laser.
Work method.
The program operates in 3 main ways of managing chemical analyzes.

Analysis of alkaline degreasing treatments
The analysis mode of alkaline degreasing treatments, like the others, is an archive where the results of the analysis of the degreasing tank are recorded: the date of execution, the chemical products used for this phase, the concentration and PH detected, operating temperature, the quantity of product used to restore ideal operating conditions, the final analyzes after topping up.
In this mode it is possible to navigate through the records and search the entire archive. The management is very simple and immediate for the operator, there are only the essential commands to switch to the other modes and in the insertion and modification mode.
It is in the insertion and modification mode that the data relating to the analysis are entered, but in this case it is not just a normal filing, in fact, just enter the milliliters of hydrochloric acid used in the analysis to have a reaction to the test with phenolphthalein, to respond to the concentration of the product and possibly the quantity of degreasing product and additive necessary to achieve the ideal operating condition.
The relevant fields in the database are automatically filled in with the calculation results.
The system also supports other calculation methods, if instead of the milliliters I enter the number of drops of reagent (less accurate method by its nature) I still get the concentration and the suggestion on topping up.
I have help in the calculation also in the case of the final proofreading. Finally, very importantly, I have a final check on the data entered which gives me back the authorization to proceed, authorization to proceed with caution if within certain margins or prohibition to proceed, with a detailed comment on the reasons in all cases.
Analysis of nanotechnology conversion treatments
The nanotechnology conversion treatment analysis mode, like the others, is an archive where the results of the analysis of the conversion tank are recorded, the date of execution, the chemicals used for this phase, the concentration and the PH detected, operating temperature, the quantity of product used to restore ideal operating conditions, the final analyzes after topping up.
In this mode it is possible to navigate through the records and search the entire archive. The management is very simple and immediate for the operator, there are only the essential commands to switch to the other modes and in the insertion and modification mode.
Even in this phase it is in the insertion and modification mode that the data relating to the analysis are entered, and even in this case it is not just a normal storage, in fact you just have to enter the milliliters of disodium hydroxide used in the analysis to have a reaction to the test with phenolphthalein, in order to have the concentration of the product in response and possibly the quantity of nanotechnological product necessary to achieve the ideal operating condition.
The relevant fields in the database are automatically filled in with the calculation results.

Also in this phase it is in the insertion and modification mode that the data relating to the analysis are inserted.

Products database
The program manages a database of the chemical products used in the plant, the attributes to be inserted are very important, as it is this information that is used in the analysis and estimation of topping up calculations, as well as in the final verification during insertion, characteristics such as specific gravity, operating limits, tolerances, operating temperatures etc. must be set in this registry.
Tank archive
The program manages an archive of the plant pre-treatment tanks, the definition of the volumes is very important, in order to have a precise calculation in the top-up formulation.
Instrument calibration management
The program manages an archive of the calibrations of the control and analysis instruments, such as the PH meter and the conductivity meter. In addition, warnings are set when exceeding the days set for the subsequent calibration, based on what is set in the instrument archive.
The activities to be performed on system components are also scheduled, such as the demineralizer, after the established days of use there is an alert on the basis of which it is suggested to carry out backwashing, and other similar obligations which is always difficult remember to do.
